If a vault is holding fees, anyone with a wallet can push them to the cause, including you. That is what the Sweep button on a row calls: the vault's harvest(), which pulls the coin's accrued fees through the pons v2 curve and escrow and splits them at the sealed percentage. We are not a required participant in our own product.
The board checks fee balances in both the pons v2 curve and escrow, plus assets pending in the vault. An unreadable balance is reported as unavailable, not as zero.
A row reads SEALED when the pons v2 factory records the VOW vault as the coin's creator-fee recipient. It would read ROUTE MOVED if it did not. The factory is the coin's deployer of record and exposes no second redirect path, so this column exists to prove the claim rather than to ask you to take it. The route in full.
