The honest print

Plain terms

The honest print, kept large. If any of this surprises you later, we wrote it here first.

  1. Deployment. The VOW factory is deployed at 0xF53f851E8e728BA79880f9cA76D15b1591a72e31 on Robinhood Chain through pons v2. Board figures are read from the chain; completed nonprofit donations appear separately on the ledger.
  2. Not a donation in your name. Batches settle through The Giving Block with the VOW settlement wallet as the donor of record. A US deduction requires a contribution to a section 170(c) organization and a written acknowledgment from that organization to the donor, and a swap fee produces neither, so trading a coin on VOW is not a tax-deductible donation by you. See the IRS virtual currency FAQ and Publication 1771. Nothing here is tax advice.
  3. Costs come out first. Gas and bridge costs are paid from the flow before the nonprofit receives fiat. Both are reported per batch on the ledger.
  4. 100% is the commitment. All collected creator fees go to the cause, before disclosed settlement costs. The creator keeps none. This says nothing about how much anyone will trade.
  5. Built on Robinhood Chain. Trading is provided through pons v2. Protocol fees, creator tax, fixed supply, graduation rules and launch fees are read from the live settings before launch.
  6. No affiliations claimed. VOW is independent. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Chain, pons, The Giving Block, or any listed nonprofit.
  7. Not investment advice. Coins launched here are memecoins with a charity routing parameter. They can go to zero. The vow changes where fees go, not what a coin is.
  8. What the chain enforces, and what it cannot. The 100% commitment, the cause binding, and the fee route are contract code with no admin key. Converting the committed fees and donating it through The Giving Block is desk work, done off-chain and reported on the ledger, batch by batch. The route marks every step with which of the two it is.
  9. Unaudited. The vault contracts have not had an external audit yet. That line will be updated when it stops being true, and not before.
